Thank you for your excellent lectures. High instructive and entertaining simultaneously. While my surname (Truesdell) is English, my genes contain considerable Scottish and Irish DNA. Some of my roots go back to Bandon, Ireland back to the 19th Century at least. Your map, revealing that Bandon was in an Elizabethan plantation, motivates me to learn exactly when my Seeley forebears, Orange Irish, came to Bandon. You are giving me a fun project while I , a retiree from Iowa, U.S.A, survive among these neanderthal Texas ultra-conservatives.
In Gratitude,
